QME’s pugmill has a unique design feature, both paddle arms and paddle tips are replaceable. This prolongs shaft life by monitoring wear in the areas that are first affected. The pugmill has an optional self-cleaning belt that is fitted under the mixing chamber, this allows for easy cleaning.

We can design your batch plant to be fully automated via PLC/SCADA system achieving accuracy within 0.02% or less. This enables batching 1% Cement Stabilised product with a guarantee that it is 1%. This saves on the cost of adding extra cement to ensure the batch meets specification. The unique weighing system combines new technology with mechanically proven methods.
